[What you will be working on]

With our increasing number of rail and road projects, there are always new contracts being called in order to keep Singapore's public transport system going and growing. LTA Safety & Contracts group plays a critical role in managing and resolving contractual issues for our various land transport projects. You will work on a diverse range of contracts for road and rail projects including the construction of stations, tunnels and viaducts. You will play a critical role, in our drive to ensure that the contracts with our vendor partners are administered in line with contract provisions and proper procedures. Job Description

The primary responsibility is to setup, lead and manage the IT security services organization, delivering SOC, Thread Intelligence and Vulnerability Management services to METRO worldwide. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing communications with the METRO SOC team, and continuously striving to enhance service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manager (Recreation Programmes)

As our Manager (Recreation Programmes), you will report to Chief Executive / Deputy Chief Executive. This position involves overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of recreational programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our members and Public Service Officers promoting health, wellness, and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the department in organising a diverse of social programmes, events and activities to enhance the overall enjoyment and advantage of owning our Club membership and to increase the membership signup rate.
• Oversee the planning, promotion, execution, coordination and engagement of a wide diverse range of social programmes to interests the members to sign up for the events and activities.
• To develop and organise social events and activities that attract all demographic.
• To ensure the compliance to our Club rules and regulations and attain the KPIs for all social events and activities.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the awareness and participation rate for all recreational programmes.
• Develop strong relationship with new and existing events/programmes partners, instructors, sponsors, and participants.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of all social programmes and through participation feedback, attendance, survey, financial analysis and optimise the resources and manpower.
• Continuously focus on improving members satisfaction of all social programmes to create member’s loyalty and deliver a positive event experience, from their sign up to the actual day.
• To forecast the event calendar for all social recreational programmes, and manage the Club's events microsite.
• Work closely with other departments and clubhouses to foster collaboration and synergy, ensuring smoother workflows and better outcomes for initiatives and projects.
• Prepare annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly reports for Management and Executive Committee.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Events/Hospitality and with managerial role of at least 5 years of relevant working experience in an event organizing
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Able to plan and execute multiple events / activities to meet deadlines
• Able to work extended hours including weekends and public holidays when necessary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communications strategy: Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that includes public relations, social media, and content marketing to enhance brand awareness and engagement;

• Social media strategy: Oversee the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter;
• Content marketing: Lead content marketing efforts by planning, producing, and distributing valuable content (blogs, articles, videos) that attracts and engages our target audience;
• Cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all marketing channels;

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role, with a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and engagement;
• Strong media relations experience, with established contacts in the industry;
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and crafting engaging content that drives interaction;
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and adjust strategies based on performance insights;
• Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently and lead projects to successful completion;
• Interest in the real estate sector is a plus.

Compensation

Basic monthly salary of $4,500-$6,000 + stock options.
