Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs and upgrades. 
2. Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment. 
3. Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering  specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool
4. Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes on a customer tool. 
5. Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field.
6. Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis.
7. Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs.  Creates and reviews  documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans.   Presents at customer level.  Ensures field implementation.

The Software Services Specialist is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience while implementing upgrades, installations and support  on Elekta oncology software products and services. Software Upgrade Specialists are responsible for all aspects of test and clinical software upgrades, these include performing the upgrade, supporting the go-live process and being involved during the planning phase.

Our Merpay QA teams are made up of talented individuals across both manual and automation testing carrying out design, writing and execution of tests across multiple platforms that is used by millions of monthly active users. 

This includes developing and writing automated tests, defining test processes, creating software test plans and programs for testing. 

Our automation engineers also analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action. In case of any issues, they consult with software teams to resolve problems. Specific work responsibilities include the following:

• Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for thorough mobile app testing, covering functional requirements, regression testing, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document test cases, validate requirements, and improve overall mobile app quality.
• Execute test cases on various devices, report defects accurately, and prioritize them using bug tracking tools.
• Monitor test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve test automation processes and frameworks.

• Stay updated with industry trends in mobile app testing and automation, and contribute insights for process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of mobile app security testing principles and techniques, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and secure coding, to ensure robust security measures in mobile apps.

About the Role

As Data & Technology Director, you will drive the data transformation program for one of our key healthcare clients. The successful talent will have experience and expertise in intersecting consulting skills, data, advanced analytics, marketing strategy, and technology to drive and improve their client’s business results.

In this leadership role, you will be expected to partner with our client and lead a team of data practitioners to deliver a very ambitious and transformative data vision. The Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant is responsible configuring ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. • Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.

About the role:

 LRN’s Client Support team is the first line of support for LRN’s proprietary applications, working with customers’ program administrators, stakeholders, and internal customers.  Client Support Specialist responsibilities include program administrator systems training, program administrator assistance, and responsibility for delivery of minor system configuration and content changes. The Client Support Specialist works on a team of support professionals and has individual responsibilities for application systems support of LRN’s Partners. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide support to internal and external customers on all aspects of LRN’s proprietary applications (functions include: campaign set up, system generated e-mails, system reporting, user data management, and customization).
• Using defined systems and processes, keep both internal and external stakeholders updated as to the status of call tickets, requests, projects, issues, and changes.
• Update necessary tracking and reporting systems to ensure that group statistics can be tracked, managed and measured.
• Ensure at all times SLAs are observed and met to ensure timely resolution of customer support issues.
• Manage expectations of internal and external customers, ensuring capabilities are not exceeded to the detriment of the customer. Escalate issues related to capabilities where appropriate.
• Serve as an internal advocate for field personnel, as well as external customers. Prioritize requests based on need and impact. Work with internal stakeholders to address priorities.
• Prepare and present (in written and verbal forms) product information that will assist customers with the capabilities of LRN's systems.
• Maintain quality levels for all work related to customers’ requests.
• Ensure there is an ongoing dialog between LRN and each customer with whom the Client Assistance Center team member is working.
• Collaborate with peers to discuss unique solutions and to document them.
• Coach and develop skills for more junior members of the team.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years of L2/L3 level experience in a customer facing role in an application support environment. We value ability and experience to independently manage operational relationship with enterprise Partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English. This position requires above par skills to write and speak in English.
• Extensive experience in supporting enterprise customers based in US, Europe & APAC.
• Able to speak in Native Japanese and English.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel. Should be able to understand and handle CSV files.
• An inherent ability to multitask and manage customer expectations to the satisfaction of all involved parties is critical to the success of the incumbent.
• A desire to constantly examine issues, looking for the opportunity to improve processes and/or technology.
