It is important that you have a good understanding of children's development and their needs, as well as ensuring positive management of children's behaviour.

**Location:** West Bromwich
**Hours:** 39 hours per week (6:00 am 2:00 pm)
**Hourly Rate:** £12+ (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the efficient and safe offloading, handling, and inspection of raw materials, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality standards across the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**


* Operate material handling equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
* Safely offload, identify, and store raw materials, including coils and flat sheets.
* Inspect goods to ensure quality and quantity compliance.
* Record traceability data manually or electronically.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures diligently.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned.

**Requirements:**


* Proven experience in material handling processes.
* Must possess a **4-way Combi Lift license** or **Counterbalance license** .
* Candidates without a license but willing to undergo training are encouraged to apply.
