<Summary of this Position>
The head of HR in Tokyo is in charge of ensuring the local application of personnel rules and regulations in the Tokyo area.
He / she is in charge of coordinating legal and administrative matters for Airbus Helicopters Japan, as well as monitoring the overall headcount plan.
He / she is in charge of planning, designing and implementing personnel policies, rules and systems for the whole of Airbus Helicopters Japan conducted by the Head of HR in Kobe.
He / she manages the local Administration & HR team and is also in charge of HRBP in Tokyo.
<Duties & Responsibilities>
All scope includes AHJ & AJKK and all areas in Japan but excluding Kobe, in principle. (AJKK =Airbus Japan Kabushiki Kaisha, AHJ = Airbus Helicopters Japan Co., Ltd.)
Human resources
1. Manage the evaluation, remuneration and training process of Roppongi employees, in coordination with the Head of Admin.&HR
2. Develop and maintain the headcount plan of the entity, including the personnel expenses cost included in the OP, under the supervision of the Head of Admin.& HR
3. Report to the Head of Admin.& HR as well as headquarters on headcount status
4. Responsibility as HRBP in Roppongi
5. Plan, define and manage the recruitment policy for permanent as well as contracted and temporary staff, in coordination with the Head of Admin.&HR and Head of Admin.& HR in Kobe
5. Ensure all employees are treated fairly
6. Implement in Tokyo Roppongi the Health, Safety and Environment policy
7. Write and manage all SLAs related to the local implementation of the Airbus Group One-Roof policy
Administration
1. Responsible for procurement, maintenance and management of equipment, apparatuses, tools, materials, consumables, products and tools specifications for AHJ Roppongi facility
2. Responsible for non-aeronautical / non-IT procurement budget and process for AHJ Roppongi facility
3. Coordinate the security and disaster prevention plans for AHJ Roppongi site
4. Coordinate with lawyers in case of legal action taken by the company, under the supervision of the Head of Admin.& HR
5. Coordinate AHJ weekly meetings, Executive Committee and Board of Directors-related documents and preparations
6. Matters related to internal controls such as information security, document storage, E&C, etc.
Others
1. Responding to special requests from top management including MD
2 Collaboration with group HR especially APAC
