KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (THE JOB)

Organizational Development:

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership to develop a talent agenda.
• Align HR strategies with business strategies to create high-impact human capital solutions.

• Strengthen the HR team with clearly defined roles.

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires.

Onboarding and Integration:

• Develop and implement an onboarding program for new hires.
• Ensure new hires understand company policies and have necessary tools.

Performance Management:

Management Services:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and respond promptly to partner requests.
• Maintain accurate employee data to inform organizational metrics and audits.

Compensation and Benefits:

Talent Development:

• Create and maintain a training calendar; identify and approve training needs.

Employee Relations and Pulse:

Job Description :

• Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Qualification :

3. Network Security: Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security

measures to protect the network.

4.Wireless Networking: Familiarity with wireless networking standards, protocols,

and security.

5. Network Monitoring and Management: Proficiency in using network

management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) to monitor network performance

and troubleshoot issues.

6. Cloud Networking: Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and

The Human Resources Trainee provides administrative support to the HR department, assists with daily operations, learns about company processes and systems, and contributes to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Update master data and HR system.
• Prepare and file offer letters, contracts, and other related HR documents.
• Manage employee dossiers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in onboarding /offboarding procedures.
• Take part in employee engagement (monthly activities, events...).
• Support employees with inquiries related to compulsory insurance, personal income tax, IT systems, and other HR-related matters.
• Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

We are recruiting for FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidates this could lead to a permanent position at the client’s discretion. This role is a physical manual labour role. Must be able to lift up to 20kg repetitively.

• Physically strong as you will be lifting and shifting ingredients, feeding machines and packing products.
• Reliable and hard-working
• Confidence to work in busy production environments

You will be required:

• To ensure fresh food is prepared and manufactured to a high standard.
• Ensure the department meets high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure all equipment is in good order before preparation and hygienically clean.

• Experience when dealing with food preparation/chef and good kitchen skills.
