Guidehouse is seeking an HR Shared Services Professional to join our team.  We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about their career in Human Resources, enjoys helping employees find answers to their HR related questions, and is interested in continuing to build upon their knowledge across all HR functions. A successful team member will be extremely detail oriented, flexible with continuous process/system changes, possess a problem-solving mindset and will be able to handle a growing fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Be first level support for questions from employees, managers, executives and HR colleagues regarding HR procedures and processes

• Manage the HR Case Management system by addressing concerns or routing for escalation and completion

• Proactively maintain and administer accurate and timely HR data in our global Human Capital Management system (HCM)

• Input, update and reconcile data as required to ensure information is current and accurate in our HCM

• Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes supporting the employee lifecycle, including: new hires, transfers, salary changes, special payments, job data changes, terminations, unemployment compensation, verification of employment, and contingent worker management

• Contribute to the on-going development of the HR knowledge base to help employees quickly and easily find answers their questions via self-service

• Troubleshoot HR related issues (or re-route if question should be answered by subject matter experts)

• Test new HCM enhancements prior to general release

• Proactively identify areas of improvement in HR processes and documentation

• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as directed by team leader

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus + 1 year of professional experience OR 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

• Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required

• Possess a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction

• Familiarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills

• Experience with Workday and/or Service Now

·       Manage manpower resourcing, including recruitment, outreach, on-boarding, postings and secondment, internship management, re-employment, contract renewal and exit management.

·       Develop and implement strategies that facilitate staff movements to meet the PA’s current and long-term goals and strategies, in anticipation of future workforce trends and conditions.
 

·       Leverage on technology and digital tools to optimise and enhance HR functions. This includes fostering a tech-focused and pro-digitalisation culture in the HR team.
 

·       Use data and analytics across a range of HR functions to generate insights for business intelligence and foresights for planning purposes.
 

·       Promote teamwork and team learning of HR staff for greater effectiveness and productivity of HR work.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition duties leading to attracting and hiring best-in-class talent for a variety of Corporate positions with a high focus on positions in Germany and EMEA. In addition to full-cycle recruiting duties the Sr. TA Partner EMEA is responsible for the preparation of documents and related administrative duties as required by our Works Council’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, these duties will include responsibility for both their own requisitions as well as assisting teammates residing outside of Germany.  Supports FMC’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. The incumbent adheres to the FMC Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage all of the internal/external tools and resources to develop a strategic, multi- faceted full-cycle recruiting and sourcing plan to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates is met to fulfill the department’s key business objectives.
• Ensure regular communication to all stakeholders on recruitment metrics, trends, and other impactful measures that impact the sourcing and selection of talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle.
• Determines applicant qualifications by phone screening and interviewing applicants and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring groups.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of related experience in dedicated staffing or recruitment role, ideally for a large multi-national company.
• Prior experience working with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers/Clients and Candidates residing in Germany is required.
• Prior experience working for a German company with a Works Council required.
• Prior experience operating Workday and Excel is highly advantageous.
• Fluency (spoken and written) in both English and German is required.
• Onsite presence in our Bad Homburg headquarters at least 2-3 days per week is required.
• Ability to build relationships and establish credibility and rapport.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent marketing and public relations skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

The Sr. Human Resource Manager is a strategic business partner assigned to support the Peripheral Intervention US Sales organization. The selected individual will be able to build internal business partnerships and drive projects that support the organizations strategic objectives. This position requires that the individual be able to build and maintain relationships with senior level executives as well as employees at all levels. Tasks
