Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain various types of instrumentation equipment
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems
• Interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams and schematics
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure proper functionality of systems
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

• Associate's degree or equivalent in instrumentation or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Instrument & Control Technician
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
• Proficiency in Yokogawa SCADA, Yokogawa ESD systems, Ypkogawa RTU Siemens PLC, Allien Bradley PLC, Honeywell RTU
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid certification in instrumentation and control systems would be a plus

As a Machinist Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the machining operations of the company. You will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and components. Your knowledge of machine operations, technical drawings, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the machining department.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Select appropriate cutting tools and adjust machine settings
• Perform machining operations to produce high-quality parts and components
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with the team to optimize machine performance and productivity

• Educational Level: Diploma in Machining or related field
• Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of experience as a Machinist Technician
• Proficiency in setting up and operating machine tools
• Strong knowledge of machine operations and technical drawings
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Experience in conducting quality inspections
• Familiarity with routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Good problem-solving skills
