Be responsible for the managing of Human Resource responsibilities and supporting the HR operation functions such as recruitment, onboarding, administration, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist in organizing employee well-being programmes & company events.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters.
• Updating of monthly organisation chart, manage telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing mails.
• Assist with office administration duties such as assisting with courier services, receiving of deliveries, ordering of stationery, hampers, corporate gifts etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by Manager.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/ Master’s in human resources, Business Administration and related fields.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong data visualization skills.
• Strong interest in HR, with exposure to talent development and organizational culture concepts.
• Savvy and dynamic personality with an eagerness and ability to learn new things quickly.
• Proactive, independent, able to work cohesively as a team.
