Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping an overview of all IT systems and the extent to which they have undergone CSV; manage and monitor this validation status so that all software and hardware adjustments, changes and updates are also subject to CSV.
• Keeping the Computerized System Validation Master Plan and all validation related procedures up to date.
• Keeping the overview of GMP critical Computer Systems and their validation status up to date.
• Drawing up specific validation documents for GMP Computerized Systems, such as risk assessments, regulatory assessments, test protocols and reports, etc.
• Setting up, implementing and securing validation studies, in consultation with employees of the IT department, but possibly also Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Service, QA and engineering.
• Documenting all validation activities and validation results and more specifically those relating to CSV.
• Contributing to the improvement and optimization of personnel, processes and systems and procedures carried out.
• Assessing the required validation in response to (proposed) changes in systems, processes, installations or equipment and more specifically those relating to CSV.systems/artwork management en control systems,
• Supporting and/or conducting internal audits at both locations to improve the quality level
• SME during external audits in the field of CSV

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll report to our Enquiries Manager and Recruitment Lead, ensuring the recruitment processes follow company policies and are executed accurately and on time. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries, communicating daily with candidates and clients to discuss roles, answer queries, conduct screenings, arrange interviews, and schedule client meetings. This role will involve coordinating all aspects of the recruitment function, so excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.


Requirements

What We’re Looking for in a Recruitment Assistant:

Friendly and empathetic, with strong listening skills to understand the needs of both candidates and clients
Exceptional written and verbal English skills
Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
Comfortable engaging with candidates and clients, with a professional telephone manner
Strong IT skills and familiarity with office systems
Desirable: Experience within Health & Social Care or a similar sector


The Recruitment Assistant role is based at our head office in Chesterfield, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: This position is covering the local and the surrounding area.
Salary: £17.50ph with an exceptional career progression plan to increase your base salary. Any overtime worked is around £25 per hour!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours, with shifts falling between 8am and 5pm, (up to 8pm in the summer months) with 1 in 4 Saturdays, paid at time and a half!

• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle Diagnostics.

Mobile Vehicle Technician requirements:

• We are ideally looking for a minimum level 2 Vehicle maintenance and Repair.
• If you are time served we can discuss options but you must have at least five years of experience as a full time Mechanic
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Have a strong all round technical experience - maintenance, Technical, Electrical, and Diagnostic experience
