- HOURS: Full-time fixed term contract until Sept 2025.

This varied role involves supporting the on-programme business delivery and branding and attraction of our graduate, industrial placement, and internship programmes. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, from launching new learning programmes to hosting induction calls and creating content for our Next Generation Talent hub. As a Next Generation Talent Consultant, you will:
- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face events flawlessly
- Create and manage data that helps us manage our cohorts effectively, monitor performance of our proposition, and undertake data analysis on behalf of the team for key stakeholders
- Develop captivating communications for different individuals we work with, including collaborators, customers, partners, and team members
- Launch and manage enrolments for learning and development opportunities
- Manage the Next Generation Talent central mailbox, handling a variety of emails
- Maintain our Next Generation Talent internal "hub", crafting new pages and keeping existing pages up to date
- Track roll-off and career progression of our graduates

What you'll need
- A Proficient knowledge of Excel, with the ability to manage databases, perform analysis and produce reports and insights for stakeholders
- Good organisational skills to keep track of key projects and manage data effectively
- Excellent communication skills to build engaging communications for senior collaborators, line managers, graduates, apprentices, and more.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work through ambiguity.
- A proactive approach in looking for opportunities to support both the team and our next generation talent cohorts.
- Confidence in using PowerPoint with an enthusiasm for technology to find engaging ways to interact with your audience and collaborate as a team.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
