What will your day look like?
· Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success.
· Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
· Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.
· Handle and resolve challenging issues relating to employee relations
· Consult with line management and offer HR-related advice
· Responsible for complete HR activities (training, compensation & benefits structure, Payroll, employee development, performance management)
· Create contract conditions for promotions, transfers and new recruits
· Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Skills and attributes for success:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
· 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
