The successful applicant will be responsible for providing effective and solution focussed HR advice to all our stakeholders via remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams. KEY DUTIES

Operational Planning
• To contribute to the development of a stakeholder engagement plan that is aligned to the service delivery objectives and standards required by the Lead Employer.

HR Service Delivery
• To support and lead on a variety of key HR projects to enhance the employee experience and continually improve HR services.

• Support the specialty schools in improving the health and wellbeing of their Post Graduate Doctors and Dentists in Training by managing sickness absence in line with Trust policy by: -
• Facilitate the provision of timely and appropriate workforce information to stakeholders on attendance
• Maintain accurate and up to date absence monitoring and management information to support stakeholders in optimising attendance
• Providing advice on long term sickness management issues
• Coordinating the sickness review meetings
• Advise on ill health retirement/medical terminations as appropriate

Service Improvement & Change Management

Finance Responsibilities

This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Workshop Controller / Vehicle Technician who can confidently demonstrate their suitability for the role. You will possess excellent Man Management skills, be driven and focused. Your main objective as Workshop Controller will be to supervise the Technicians and Administration staff accordingly in a very busy workshop whilst being productive on the tools.

As a workshop controller you will be tasked with supervising a team of Technicians to make sure the work is done to a high standard while at a reasonable rate. It will be your job as Workshop Controller to make sure the vehicles go through the workshop in a seamless manner whilst liaising with the Service Advisors who can then keep the customers fully up to date.

This is a vital role to make sure the Technicians keep on their toes, prioritising work and ensuring that all the work is completed to manufacturer standard. The role will be busy so we need someone who isn't scared of working closely with the team and building a strong process.
