About you
You are the first point of contact to internal (Dow Hiring Managers) and external (Candidates) to deliver advice and cost effective, integrated solutions on the field of Talent Acquisition by for both experienced and campus hiring positions.
Also, you can complete each of the following tasks:
- Understanding hiring needs of hiring manager and meeting those expectations during recruiting process.
- Provide a selection of pre-screened and interviewed candidates to the hiring managers in alignment with global and regional inclusive hiring guideline.
- Take the lead in inclusive sourcing and screening process and proactively provide solution and approach to select specific candidates.
- Prepare a thorough and detailed recruitment process along with the TA Leader and Hiring Managers for campus hiring.
- Assisted in inhouse / external recruitment activities for students.
- Help promote Dow brand image through online digital channel.
Required qualifications
We would like you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably Talent Acquisition space.
- Talent Acquisition and Campus Hiring experiences would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English
- Planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients through expertise and consultation
- Sensitive to cultural differences
- Good interpersonal effectiveness skills, including conflict resolution, effective two way communication and negotiation.
- Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable.
- Good team player
- Solution oriented
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Facilitation and presentation skills (e.g. conducting telephone/video interviews, regularly updating stakeholders)
- Expertise on talent market intelligence, hiring and advertising via Social & Digital Media
