• Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific

• Handle HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc

• Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region to achieve standardisation

• Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention

• Interact and work with multiple stakeholders on various HR initiatives

• Support on administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for assigned organizations.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources, supporting various functions essential to organizational success. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition operations, Training & Development programs, and HR project execution. You'll also help prepare internal reports and assist with various HR tasks as needed. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives. This internship provides you the opportunity to acquire valuable skills in various aspects of HR functions throughout the employee life cycle in a dynamic, diverse and inclusive International School environment.
