We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resource Business Partner at ooca. In this role, your primary focus will be on optimizing HR operations for our network of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals. You will play a crucial part in ensuring their success and well-being while fostering strong relationships. Utilizing your expertise in HR management, organizational psychology, and legal compliance, you will streamline processes, drive talent development, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve provider and company goals. Along with seeking mental health professionals to join us, the Human Resource Business Partner is the key personnel who takes care of our providers so that they feel warmly welcomed at ooca, able and equipped to perform well, and together create a great impact on society.
We are looking for a passionate person who shares the values and goals of mental health in Thailand and who has the good mindset, skills, and ability to creatively and relentlessly make use of this position to make an impact on the world.
You have to be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders i.e. product team, management team, customer service team (they take providers’ complaints), financial team, and also work with our dear providers to deliver both the success of the providers and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mental health professionals on the ooca platform
- Recruit, onboard, and retain providers both locally and internationally
- Improve and streamline the provider recruitment process
- Oversee daily operations and performance management of ooca providers
- Develop and implement initiatives to support provider success
- Manage talent development for providers and delegate external tasks
- Plan and execute community-building activities among mental health providers
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and legal requirements
- Oversee provider payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Monitor provider-related data, including performance efficiency and satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align provider success with company objectives
- Lead and support projects aimed at provider success while advancing organizational goals
- Conduct research and provide insights for product development from the provider's perspective
- Coordinate with providers on marketing projects and external partnerships
- Continuously review and improve existing HR policies to foster positive change and growth
- Strong passion for psychology, mental health, or counseling
- 3-5 years of experience in HRD or HRM roles, with expertise in people management and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining positive relationships
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of counseling, mental health, or psychiatry preferred
- Proficiency in technical tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite, forms, Metabase, ZCal, Notion, Canva)
- Demonstrated success in community building highly valued
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies
- Proactive, fast-paced, and self-driven attitude
- Creative problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with legal aspects related to HR and consultancy agreements
