HR Business Partner, Lead
Key Role:
Serve as a strategic advisor and primary Talent Management and Human Resources point of contact to internal market senior leadership for the Indo Pacific Business. Partner with business leaders to comprehend business environments, drive greater engagement and experience, and assess risks. Drive strategies to address growth and diverse development opportunities of top talent based on data, insights, and analytics. Identify and partner with the appropriate subject matter experts from the Indo Pacific Operations team and People Services Centers of Excellence to socialize, deliver, and manage integrated solutions to critical business needs. Develop forward-looking Integrated Talent Plans that aim to provide a comprehensive roadmap of the various people processes and programs that enable our clients to achieve their business goals, including the international rotation program. Lead talent planning and calibration, succession planning, and demand planning for the Indo Pacific region, drive issue resolution and closure, and advise and influence leaders regarding risk issues. Develop strategies and activities, and track metrics for engagement and retention, development and mobility, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in international human resources
- 2+ years of experience with project management
- Experience engaging and consulting with senior leaders to provide business and people-focused solutions
- Experience with policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance or talent management, recruiting, resource management, or diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and peers by supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work across multiple times zones daily, including in the Indo Pacific region
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in international human resources within the Indo Pacific region
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to show leadership agility, judgment, and influence
- Ability to create client-ready briefings and presentations with small and large groups, including peers and executives
- Ability to show analytical thinking expertise and develop and articulate business case and story
- Possession of excellent leadership and consulting skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and lead teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred; Master’s degree in Human Resources a plus
- SPHR or PHR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
