Our Healthcare Assistant roles are considered more of a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within his own and especially within the community.

You will need to communicate with him effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving him the opportunity to communicate his needs as well.

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas.
