POSITION SUMMARY
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. 3. Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team. Provides care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in compliance with policies and procedures, standards of care, and regulatory agency requirements. Delegates appropriately, and provides nursing supervision in the provision of care to patients by other licensed nurses and other personnel. Promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for whom care is provided.

4. Evaluates the patient's and family's response to care and teaching, and revises the plan of care as needed. Evaluates patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other health care team members. Evaluates patient's response and the effectiveness of patient teaching.

5. Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record. Documentation is legible, timely and in accordance with policy. Documentation reflects objective/subjective data, nursing interventions and patient's response to treatment. Notes physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.

6. Provides care based on the best evidence available and may participate in research activities within clinical practice. Participates in unit or facility shared leadership. Interacts and participates in the education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel, patients, students, families and visitors. 7. Contributes to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes through timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and safe care. 9.Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Interacts with other health care providers in numerous settings in order to report and ask for or clarify information. Also works with clergy to provide spiritual support. Synthesizes and prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the human response of the patient and family to changes in health status.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.

Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting. Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. • Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, key stakeholders, advocacy, and access enablers

• Provide in depth clinical and economic support to payers, IDNs, and formulary committees, providing feedback to key internal stakeholders on customer trends in interpreting and using value evidence, reimbursement, and payer policy. May serve as main medical point of contact at prioritized local payer, regional payer, and IDN accounts

• Respond to unsolicited inquiries consistent with the MSL compliance standards

• Provide and/or present field observations and insights to internal stakeholders

• Implement scientific engagement plan according to annual MSL goals and metrics

• Develop and implement local OL plans in line with SEP

• Support speaker training as requested and ensure the speakers are updated on new data

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the production and delivery of all monthly Payroll activities and associated reporting.  3 UK payroll, 1 Irish and 1 Jersey.

The position of Patient Services Representative, CMH (PSR), is responsible for performing diversified coordination and participation in a variety of duties associated with daily clinic preparation process, patient identification, patient check in/out, charge posting, cash management and patient appointment scheduling. Position also involves customer service, message distribution, and ancillary scheduling and preparation and referrals management. Responsible for accurate and complete patient accounts based on organization standards, policies and procedures, HIPAA , and compliance with regulatory agencies, to include but not limited to pre-registration and registration functions. The PSR performs all functions under guidance and direction from the Practice Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Minimum of five (5) years in Finance, Accounting and/or Budget/Decision Support, preferably in a multi-entity setting  
• Minimum of two (2) years of Healthcare finance experience preferred
• Proficient in the advance use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and complex financial systems and platforms such as financial general ledger and budget tools
• Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Competency in finance and ad hoc analysis
• Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize a variety of duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the build and/or continual improvement of budget and decision support systems; responsible for ongoing maintenance of both systems.
• Assists in the implementation of the annual operating and capital budget including staffing grid analysis, productivity, variable expense budgeting, and fixed expense budgeting within departments.
• Prepares detailed forecasts and analyses to ensure budget submissions are reasonable and in compliance with Management’s goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the preparation of business unit dashboards, related analysis, and month end financial reporting.

• Assists in the preparation of external reports for regulatory agencies such as NHPCO, AHCA and the State of Florida.
• Analyzes and interprets financial data to produce required reports.
• Produces detailed financial reports in a comprehensible form to an audience with limited financial/accounting background to assist in their decision making processes.
• Collaborates with Information Technology and Finance Departments to automate and enhance financial reporting. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.
