This is a career ladder progression position; the duties described below are at the GS-11 level. • Serves as a MSHA representative and information source on mine safety and health.
• Testifies at judicial hearings regarding notices of violations and orders of withdrawal.

Work Environment: The incumbent inspects and/or investigates both surface and underground mining operations as applicable, which is a very hazardous and stressful work environment surrounded by a high risk of exposure to potentially dangerous situations. In addition to the characteristically dark, wet, and cramped environment, underground mines contain noxious gases and fumes, and the danger of potentially explosive dust or gases, electrical fires, roof falls, and exposure to radiation.

We are recruiting for a Occupational Health Technician to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. This role includes conducting statutory medical tests and screenings to ensure legal compliance under HSE Regulations. Additionally, supporting health and safety by monitoring local safety measures, adapting to changes in processes, and coordinating health initiatives with the Occupational Health unit.

• 24-hour availability in providing support to Ethics Committees is required, as well as periodic coverage for the Region Vice President Ethics and Church Relations.

• Round with ICU teams and other high utilization care teams providing education and assistance in implementing Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Provide education, seminars, materials, and presentations to nursing, medical and support staff, residency programs, and other identified groups on Clinical Ethics and Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Be accountable for compliance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Health Care Services.

• Assess and develop a plan for proactive integrative ethics support and education in the ambulatory (clinic) setting.

Minimum Qualifications

- Timely bank reconciliation and clearing of incoming payments

The primary responsibility of the Facilitator is to provide training on leadership, professional skills, and culture. In addition, the facilitator will be involved in project work related to learning and development as needed.
        
Tasks
• Facilitates leadership, professional skills and culture content to employees at all levels in the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements
• 6 – 8 years of related experience in Leadership, Professional Skills and/or Culture Training. With a Master’s Degree, 3 years of experience required.
• Fluent in English required.
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable, or a plus.
• Strong background within education, training or organization development required.

What You Will Do:

Will review clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate to extract data and apply appropriate ICD-10 Diagnosis codes, along with CPT/HCPCS codes as defined for the service type, for coding, billing, internal and external reporting, research as required, and regulatory compliance for interventional radiology and cardiac cath for facility coding. Under the direction of the coding manager—the coder should accurately code conditions and procedures as documented and in accordance with ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, CMS/MAC rules and the CPT rules established by the AMA, and any other official coding guidelines established for use with mandated standard code sets.

• 3-5 years ICD-10 and CPT coding experience

What You Will Do:

The Health Information Management (HIM) Auditor ensures the integrity of data in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Audits, analyzes and reports on data within the Electronic Health Record.
