• The incumbent has full administrative and managerial responsibilities for planning, staffing, budgeting, developing, and effectively managing the total Engineering Program.

• The Chief of Surgical Services is responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the Surgical Service, including resident education, Medical Staff Leadership, quality improvement, maintenance of reusable medical equipment, and the provision of excellent Inpatient and Outpatient care.
• Administratively, he/she is responsible for making long-range plans for the continuing function and development of the surgical service and for the development of sound and carefully documented organizational plans and budgetary proposals for presentation to top management. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own, whilst also integrating into a well-established team. You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of hospital pharmacy. Knowledge of pharmacy PCN services would also be advantageous. The successful candidate must have significant clinical and training experience, be passionate about patient safety and quality, as well as having proven leadership ability and vision. Experience of implementing Medicines Optimisation or Medicines Safety projects will be ideal. You will need to have a combination of at least five years post registration experience and a clinical diploma or similar experience. You will also need a great deal of self-motivation, sound clinical knowledge and computer literacy. The role will also be supported by a full training package, according to needs. The role is part-time (30 hours per week), with some flexibility as to how the hours are worked over the course of the week. Remote working may be possible for some aspects of the role, however flexibility and a commitment to working on site when required is essential. Additional commitment to work weekends, late shifts, and bank holidays is not currently required, as pharmacy dispensing services are provided by local acute hospital trusts. Participation in the on-call advisory service on a rota basis will however be required (service is provided daily until 8pm). In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum pro rata. Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Full responsibility of operating swine business and managing P/L in Taiwan.
• Responsible to develop and execute short-, mid- and long-term strategy to grow swine business by increasing market share in swine segment.
• Responsible for preparing sales and OPEX budget annually. Lead swine team (sales, marketing and technical) to develop and marketing and sales plan to achieve the annual budget in Taiwan.
• Responsible to supervise the sales team to ensure the business plan is well monitored and implemented.
• Optimize the Go-to-Market model to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of distributor management and business operation to adopt the market trend.
• Well management of cross functional collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
• People management and development potential talent.
• Assist General Manager in coordinating the optimal cooperation of swine team with others.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Diploma of veterinary medicines or animal husbandry is preferred.
   

Required Experience and Skills:

• Have been in the senior position in managing the sales, or marketing and technical function in multinational animal health company for at least 5 years.
• Well understand swine and feed industry in the country.
• Have people management experience is preferable.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
• Willing to travel frequently domestic and overseas.
