The incumbent serves in a developmental capacity at the GS-11 level. Key functions will be similar to those described at the full performance level of the target position. • Serves as liaison between HAS leadership, medical center management, service chiefs and front-line employees in identifying and initiating corrective actions, such as training, to achieve improved clinic access. More complex issues that arise will be researched with recommendations supported with data, forwarded to the appropriate stakeholders and/or leadership for final decisions.
• Responsible for the daily program planning, future planning and administration for all outpatient scheduling HAS operations within the SLCHCS. The incumbent is delegated authority under the Deputy Chief HAS and the HAS Chief to make procedural changes, decisions, workload assignments and commitments within the section.
• Responsible for the recruitment of supervisory personnel within the section assigned at SLCHCS and will directly mentor and ensure leadership and supervisory training development of these staff occurs during each fiscal year.
• Maintains overall administrative management for the section including interpreting administrative policies, developing or implementing local policies, defining administrative requirements, and/or providing advice to management on related issues.

This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include administration, education and training, collaboration and partnership, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Point of contact between researchers and various administration departments to support the management of research projects

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to have at least a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution with at least five years of experience in an administrative position within the academic, research or healthcare sector

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM
