Scope and General Purpose of Job:

To assist to establish, co-ordinate and administer financial planning for the control and success of ongoing operations. To assist in directing the operation of policies, procedures, plans, and programmes governing all operational and financial matters of the facilities. Main Duties

Customer Service

• To ensure that all Fitness Centre associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

• To ensure Fitness Centre associates provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
