Responsibilities & Duties:

UK Remit

- End to end management of all physical security, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for management and implementation of our UK Fire Safety Strategy inclusive of holding Chief Fire Marshall position.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations.
- Coordinate and lead safety and security training for staff at all levels.
- Responsible for directly actioning and/or delegating UK H&S audit findings.
- Point of escalation for all H&S matters on site.
- Issuing and managing Permit to Work requirements for the site.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and action plans to prevent recurrences.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies regarding EHS matters.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Monitor physical security systems and assess their effectiveness, making improvements as needed.

Global Remit

- Oversee the management of our global health and safety audit platform and annual audit program.
- Maintain our Workplace Incident Management Protocols.

- Collaborate with IT on the end to end management of our Physical Security strategy globally.

Requirements:

- NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Auditing experience
- Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Relevant certification in security management.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate risks.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient calls to the nurse line regarding urgent appointments, medication refills, care instructions and a variety of other concerns
• Accurately document all communications in patient’s EMR
• Communicate with providers regarding appropriate patient care and advise patients of care instructions
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of all patient protected health information according to HIPAA guidelines

• Active USRN License and US Social Security Card is a MUST
• Must be PH Based
• A detail oriented, multitasker who is passionate about patient care
• Amenable to work in US hour time (graveyard shift)
• An eager people-person who enjoys helping others over the phone
• An excellent communicator who is equally well written and well spoken
• Strong commitment to high level customer service.
• Previous experience working with health insurance, or a health care environment is preferred
• One-year practical work experience in a call center or equivalent customer service environment
• A self-motivated problem solver who works well within a team and also on their own
• Technologically savvy and able to learn multiple computer systems easily
• Adaptable, patient, organized and a critical thinker

General Description:

Under general supervision, performs professional work in all phases of a comprehensive staff development and training program for an assigned Unit.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.

• Responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting staff development and in-service related to safety & security

• Develops criteria to evaluate needs of the staff and measure the effectiveness of safety & security training programs

• Coordinates and facilitates safety & security competency development, verification and maintenance activities

• Responsible for coordinating safety & security orientation program for all staff in Behavioral Health care settings

• Coordinates and facilitates quality improvement activities related to safety & security

General Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Experience: Three (3) years of experience in the specified area of teaching. Experience with teaching de-escalation training such as CPI, Vistelar, Mandt, or similar preferred.

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:   Current State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
