This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information Analyst to work within our dynamic Information Department at the OUH Trust. This corporate role is crucial to the Trust and the post holder will have knowledge and experience of the way NHS data is used to support operational performance.

The role will involve taking ownership of large-scale projects, delivering, supporting and on-going improvement of reports, dashboards, and data sources on the Trust’s business intelligence platform (ORBIT+). In addition to project-based work, you will support the wider team responding to ad-hoc requests and provide and develop guidance for users to be able to navigate, use and retrieve the information they require from ORBIT+.

This role is within the Reporting and Developments function of the Information Department reporting to the Informatics Development Manager. Responsibilities

• Perform exception checks on trade validation of Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Non-Deliverable Forwards trades against source documents / trade confirmation in Core system.
• Perform settlement for above mentioned Treasury products.
• Perform NDF Fixing procedures in Core system.
• Perform controls and completeness checks at specific timings.
• Monitor and handle end-to-end CLS process, including exception handling of unmatched/alleged trades, control checks and necessary follow ups and escalation.
• Ensures all reconciliation breaks or exceptions are investigated and resolved within stipulated turnaround time.
• Ensure all inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre and post-trade are effectively managed.

Requirements
