Training Administration
This position functions as the ADP/Computer Literacy Education Coordinator responsible to develop and present training products/courses associated with all Education Programs and Projects facility wide. It has responsibilities related to the Student Training Program, Training and Travel Program and functions as the TMS administrator. The work involves coordination of user/training center and audio-video-conferences; assuring that materials and presentations are developed and coordinated to provide for employee education. Employee provides annual needs assessments to determine both current training needs as well as to assess outcomes of provided training initiatives.
Student Training Program
This position supports the student training program which is inclusive of:

• Verification of documentation for prospective students, interns and trainees.

Program Administration
This position is the Assistant to the Director of Education, Designated Learning Officer (DLO). The incumbent works collectively with the DLO to develop a mutually acceptable plan which typically includes identification of the assignments, the deadline for completion of the assignment and expected outcomes.
