• As a Research Psychologist, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
• Communicate and inform Army leaders at the 4-star level concerning research outcomes and best practices to ensure a strategic understanding of the nuance and application of human performance optimization research.

DUTY 1:
Perform career broadening assignments working with senior analyst in planning, organizing, and directing logistics programming support for identified systems/programs. This includes the development, review, validation, and substantiation of current and long-range logistics requirements to support worldwide mission objectives. Develops, coordinates, and issues comprehensive guidance and procedures to be used by subordinate commands and field activities in the execution of budget/buy/modification/maintenance support for these systems/programs. Plans and conducts studies, and develops input for logistics policies and procedural systems applied throughout the MAJCOM. Develops logistics guidance and criteria for timely and cost effective life cycle support and implementation. Studies operational procedures and work methods involving interface with logistics support related to maintenance, distribution, and other technical requirement. Provides advisory assistance and interface with other activities. Develops and reviews metrics to accurately monitor the health of support equipment programs. Performs predictive analysis of capability impacts under varying funding levels.

DUTY 2:
Serves as a team member performing career broadening assignments involved in programming, prioritizing and defending key logistics programs in support of the warfighting objectives of the Air Force. Prepares, executes, and manages one or more programs for AMC sustainment. Develops and justify budget estimates and reviews procedures and techniques to be used in the buy/budget program proposals and evaluations. Evaluates OSD and agency logistics guidelines and instructions to determine necessary changes in requirements computations, logistics planning, etc. Issues initial and revised procurement authorizations covering the fending elves managed. Participates in the analysis of the progress and status of directed programs. Initiates reprogramming actions when necessary. Analyzes and assesses operating logistics programs in order to correlate resource requirements to achieve plans and objectives. Conducts/directs investigations and studies to respond to Congress, GAO, AF Inspector General, or other agencies.

DUTY 3:
Carries out special projects and assignments designed specifically to meet the broadening intent of the position. Represents the concerns of the organization at meetings and conferences preparing staff studies and various documents to meet special needs. Develops and presents oral presentations; leading and/or serving on steering committees or completing a project aimed at improving organizational effectiveness. • Provide assessments of Special Intelligence production for DEA objectives and value to address foreign threats to homeland security, identifying, and formulating strategies to mitigate gaps;
• Review and interpret policies, guidelines, methods and procedures associated with the evaluation and analysis of data classification, declassification, and protection of classified national sensitive information;
• Perform routine intelligence research functions by maintaining situational awareness of significant issues affecting national intelligence counternarcotic and transnational crime issues related to the U.S. homeland security and the broader community;

DUTIES:

The Director of Institutional Research and Assessment is responsible for developing, leading, and managing a comprehensive institutional research and assessment program at the college level. As the program lead for institutional research, assessment and accreditation, he or she provides direction for data governance strategies and policies, assessment policies and practices, accreditation compliance and institutional reporting. More specifically, the Director will:

Institutional Research

1. Contribute to the management of the program for data analytics;
2. Develop and improve institutional analytical capabilities, including providing technical guidance on analytic methods and tools;
3. Support institutional assessment of NUD's effectiveness in attaining strategic objectives;
