Key Responsibilities & Duties

As the Singapore Academic Manager, you will oversee all academic operations for BlueSky Education in Singapore. You will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of our programs, curriculum development, and managing a team of educators. You will also play a key role in business development and strategic partnerships.

1. Academic Leadership & Program Management

• Curriculum Development: Develop new programs and continuously improve existing curricula based on emerging global trends in Green Technology, AI and Robotics, and Public Speaking and Leadership.
• Teacher Recruitment & Development: Recruit and develop highly qualified teachers and guest speakers. Provide training to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across programs.
• Program Coordination: Work closely with Operations Managers and Camp Managers to ensure smooth execution of programs. Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and overall program delivery.

• Client Familiarization (Fam) Trips: Host ad-hoc client fam trips in Singapore, in collaboration with Operations Managers, to showcase BlueSky’s offerings.
• Strategic Partnerships: Represent BlueSky Education in key industry events, including trade shows and conferences. Attend as a speaker or to network, generating partnership opportunities for both academic and commercial objectives.
• Fundraising presentation: Represent BlueSky Education academically during fundraising and commercial sales pitches to prospective clients or partners.
• Webinars & Outreach: Organize and conduct webinars to promote BlueSky Education’s programs, and participate in school outreach initiatives to raise brand awareness.

3. Teaching and Academic Management

• Teaching: Conduct 10 hours of teaching per summer and winter camp to stay connected to the ground, gain first-hand insights, and contribute to cost management and the efficient use of teaching hours and resources.
• Teacher Management: Ensure the highest standards of teacher conduct, classroom delivery, and overall teaching quality.
• Timetabling & Resource Management: Allocate teaching staff to appropriate classes and ensure all materials and resources are available, utilized effectively, and managed efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure academic programs meet required standards, align with BlueSky Education’s mission, and maintain a high level of academic integrity and performance.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, English, or related field).
• A minimum of 8 years’ teaching experience, particularly with young learners who are non-native English speakers.
• Experience managing curriculum development and teaching staff in an international education environment.
• Proven experience in program delivery in a residential or summer camp setting.

About the role

This role exists to provide Logistics, Training and Compliance management for bpMS sea staff and line management of the logistics team. This includes recruitment, training and development, employee relations, chairmanship of the ‘Training Working Group’, and compliance with the relevant laws. Responsibilities

• Actively reach out to parents and students to provide updates on their child's progress
• Handle walk-in enquiries, customer queries over the phone and other possible communication channels
• Management of centre administration and internal CRM
• Provide administrative onboarding support by assisting with data entry of student registration details
• Facilitate timely payments of students
• Provide inputs on the development and implementation of customer success strategies (customer retention, growth, satisfaction)

Requirements

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute and manage all phases of accounting and business-related research and thought leadership projects congruent with the Institute's strategy. This includes:

• Generate research themes or topics. Regular horizon scanning to identify global, regional and local industry and business trends of relevance to the accountancy profession.
• Develop and roll out research proposals that would enhance the Institute’s thought leadership and advocacy position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics or Political Science.

Assistant Manager / Manager (Legal Technologist)

As a Legal Technologist, you will assist SILE in integrating technology into their work to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. This role centres on the development and implementation of digital solutions, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the current rules and policies related to Singapore Bar admission, including the Part A and Part B Courses and Examinations, as well as the Practice Training Period processes.

The successful candidate will be part of the Bar Admission and Examinations team, reporting to the Director of Bar Admission and Examinations and Legal Secretariat. Key responsibilities include:

1. To assist in the development, implementation, and administration of SILE's technology transformation efforts in digitising its processes (“SILE Technology Solutions”)
2. To train users on SILE’s Technology Solutions
3. Monitor requests and escalate issues to the vendor or the Information Technology department as needed to facilitate problem resolution related to the SILE Technology Solutions
4. To assist in the development, management and implementation of standard operating procedures, system and process of the department
5. To assist with the administration and implementation of the Legal Profession (Admission) Rules 2024 and other related regulations, including processing of practice training period applications and being the key project manager of integrating IT systems into the process.

Requirements
