The Head of Research will be confident leading the Research & Insights Department, managing & overseeing a team across two offices. Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Education and Training to lead our educational initiatives and drive growth in this sector. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach across pre-schools, schools, and adult training programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services in the local and overseas market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative programs, managing a team of educators, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization’s presence in the education sector.
  • Lead program development initiatives to align with industry trends and educational standards.
  • Market Expansion and Customer Engagement:
  • Identify and engage with educational institutions, including schools and kindergartens, to meet their training needs.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies and organizations focused on Arts Education.
  • Program Development and Innovation:
  • Design and deliver innovative educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
  • Continuously assess and refine curricula based on stakeholder feedback and emerging trends.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of educational programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement best practices for program management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout program implementation.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams on operational management, including budget oversight.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Theatre, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in arts education or pedagogical methodologies are advantageous.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in educational program development or leadership roles within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving successful educational initiatives.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of current trends in education, particularly in Arts Education.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Personal Attributes:
  • A leader with a passion for education and community engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness.
