• Manage and maintain design strategy and explore solution from concept to completion

What you will need:

We need organized, highly technically skilled, motivated self-starters, with deep experience of the modern stack and a track record of delivery.  Core skills are:

• 8+ years of experience in UI & UX Design with a proven track record of success
• Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design a solution that meet the user needs and business goals
• Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high quality professional designs
• Ability to think holistically about the UI and scale in the future
• Self-starter and ability to work without much supervision
• Ability to accurately set, manage and meet deadlines
• Understanding of the following:

The Capital Markets AI/ML CoE team is a horizontal CoE for Capital Markets that is helping us drive revenue and bring significant savings to our businesses by identifying, exploring, and implementing AI/ML solutions.

The Capital Markets is one of the two verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, wealth and retirement etc.

About the role

As an ML Engineer, you will be working on developing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across the organization.

What you will be doing

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for various applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, etc.

As a Product Design Lead for the Analytics Ecosystem, you will be working with our Product leaders and Data Science leaders to shape our strategy to scale Analytics that is aligned with the core of NIQ measurement products. You will design products by extracting insights from data, developing predictive models, driving data-driven decision-making, designing innovative solutions, managing client support for product methodology, and maintaining the data science knowledge base across the Analytics Product organization.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the product, data science, engineering, and architecture strategy, develop the strategy and design for scalable and operationally efficient analytics product ecosystem integrated with our core measurement platform.
