• Within our agile Teams we have two focal points Procure-to-Order and Invoice-to-Pay where your contribution is required.
• As a Training Expert you are responsible to coordinate and execute the Training- and Communication concept in the S/4 HANA Transformation with cloud products for the end-to-end process streams Procure-to-Pay and Invoice-to-Pay.
• You design, plan and implement training measures with different media (WBT, videos, train the trainer) and drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT systems incl. Lessons Learned.
• You will work on Training- and Communication measures and support with suitable training elements. You work closely together with the Source-To-Pay Deploy project manager in an international team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation developers and business analysts, to understand the requirements of Intelligent Automation projects and identify areas where Machine Learning can be leveraged.
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms tailored to the specific needs, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Perform data analysis and identify relevant data sources to extract valuable insights for enhancing automation workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of ML models to ensure their robustness and accuracy in real-world scenarios.
• Monitor and optimize ML models' performance, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Document all ML-related processes, code, and project details comprehensively for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Be the go-to expert for all Python-related automation development, including automation infrastructure, ensuring its smooth functioning, performance optimization, and security.

 Be a trusted L&D partner within HR and to Business Leaders alike, in the identification of learning needs and development of generic and bespoke learning requirements.· Drive Learning in a fast-based set-up. Be able to design learning solutions that best fit the organizations appetite.· Be able to Drive Purpose for Learning aligning to business needs (White collar and Blue-collar workforce)· Design, develop and deliver a variety of learning programs to meet identified skills gaps for internal and external customers.· Design, develop and implement self-paced and blended online learning content and solutions.· Partner with Universities and Learning Institutions to deliver niche learning interventions, as required by work streams and Business divisions.· Build strong working relationships with relevant business leaders associated with program of work and subject matter experts.· Manages the entire instructional design process for assigned learning projects and delivery of a range of learning interventions.· Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the design and delivery of Programs, act on and share standard methodologies.· Actively evaluate and assess the efficiency and quality of assigned learning interventions and act on outcomes and feedback to ensure interventions keep pace with and anticipate the business need.· Identify and manage suitable external vendors, as appropriate, to develop and/ or facilitate learning interventions.· Manage the budget associated with assigned work, as applicable.· Support the design and successful implementation of Organization Development and Effectiveness programs and projects, as assigned.· Perform additional activities and responsibilities related to the job role and support of HR activities as required.· Drive process trainings for new joiners and refresher for existing workforce.· Where needed Identify & drive content creation programs in different business units resulting from analysis of learning needs· Support in capability building programs that help build learning culture within the organization.
