Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs focused on service excellence, operational standards, and team leadership for all front-of-house staff.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance team members' skills in customer service, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with restaurant leadership to assess training needs and continuously improve training materials and methods.
• Evaluate staff performance during and post-training to ensure they are meeting service and operational standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for restaurant managers and leaders to help them cultivate a positive, service-driven team environment.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, instructional guides, and digital resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Prior experience training front-of-house teams is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service operations and customer service excellence.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Proficiency in assessing staff development needs and tailoring training programs accordingly.

1. OBJECTIVE

• Cooperate with sales team, business support team and technical team to perform aftermarket field service activities on Fusheng, FS Curtis & FS Elliott air compressors, Field service activities inclusive of commissioning, service, maintenance, repair, upgrade and troubleshoot.

• Maintain good customer relationship and increase customers’ satisfaction via top quality work at site.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform all maintenance and service on compressed air systems for customers. Primarily Rotary Screw & Piston Compressor.

• Assist in workshop and warehouse activities inclusive of pre-commissioning, assist in stock count and unloading of equipment and parts.

• Be capable of preparing all work orders, time sheets etc.

• Assist in shop jobs including tear down, inspection and rebuilds of complete units.

• Mechanical assembly/disassembly abilities Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Communication with technical Department to identify solutions to problems on compressors.

• Standby and on-call accordingly to duty roaster over the weekend / public holiday.

3. WORKING EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Mechanical & Rotating / Industrial Machinery Maintenance / Repair.

4. REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational school certification / Diploma / Advanced in any technical field.

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

• Possess Good Driving License and able to operate forklift within company premise.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, (Mandarin is an option)

Responsible in day to day coordination function of entire Logistic Activities in order to ensure accurate and timely shipment pick-up and delivery, loading and unloading to both consignor and consignee.

• • Covers all logistics activities on an operational basis for Malaysia and Thailand.
