• Membantu apoteker dalam menjalani pelayanan kefarmasian, meliputi: penerimaan resep, pengerjaan resep, dan penyerahan obat
• Membantu apoteker dalam melakukan distribusi atau penyaluran sediaan farmasi
• Memberikan informasi berkaitan dengan meliputi: cara pakai obat, kegunaan obat, cara penyimpanan obat, dan hal- hal yang harus di perhatikan selama penggunaan obat
• Membantu apoteker dalam membuat laporan harian dan bulanan untuk pendapatan apotek
• Mencatat obat kosong yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di buku defecta untuk pengadaan
• Mencatat obat yang mendekati expired date minimal 3 bulan ke depan dari bulan berjalan

• Melakukan pemeriksaan radiologi hingga memperoleh hasil gambaran   setiap pasien
• Menginput hasil bacaan foto rontgen dari dokter radiologi kedalam sistem
• Melakukan kalibrasi pada peralatan radiologi secara berkala setiap 1 tahun
• Melakukan Uji Kesesuaian alat X-ray secara berkala setiap 4 tahun
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait mengenai perizinan radiologi ke   Bapeten.
• Koordinasi dengan bagian terkait dalam pengiriman TLD badge ke NuklindoLab secara berkala setiap 3 bulan
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian lainnya mengenai pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan.
• Mempersiapkan peralatan untuk pelayanan radiologi onsite
• Menjaga dan mengawasi pemeliharaan peralatan yang ada di radiologi
• Membuat laporan kunjungan pasien radiologi.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead troubleshooting for sales team regarding customer orders, account statuses and other relevant problems

• Support the sales team in understanding and navigating internal sales processes.

• Monitor renewal opportunities in SFDC to ensure they are closed in a timely manner.

• Assist in the creation of contracts and other documentation as required.

• In collaboration with SEBM team, pull together proposal and tender documentation for sales team on request

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data by entering information, performing data cleanup tasks, and addressing data quality issues.

• Ensure that all necessary information for reporting is accurate, readily available, and effectively supports reporting and analysis requirements.

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and sales teams to ensure seamless billing and collection processes.

• Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement providing feedback on processes based on frontline experiences, helping to refine and adjust them for better usability and effectiveness.

• Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement providing practical feedback on tool usage, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure that tools are used effectively in daily operations.

• Assist the sales team with mass customer mailings via Groove for announcements and event invitations.

• Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing support to help them navigate processes and tools effectively.

• Assist in any other activities that are required at short notice to enable the sales team to succeed.

Tanggung Jawab: 

• Membina hubungan baik dengan konsumen.

Responsibility :

1. Coordinating with service at branch offices in performing service hygiene and pest control work

2. Receiving customer complaints and informing the complaint to the service team at the branch for follow-up and treatment / inspection

3. Assisting the sales team in presenting product introduction and pest awareness to customers

4. Assist the sales team in making service / treatment work schedules and monitoring actual treatment to customers

5. Assist the service team in conducting inspections and making work reports requested by customers

6. Attend coordination meetings that discuss the progress of work requested by customers

7. Assisting the administration team to collect evidence of service (docket) which has been done by the service team at the branch

8. Assist regional NKAs to carry out surveys and cooperate with branches for the implementation of work

9. Ensure that regional NKA customers receive service quality according to standards

10. Assist regional NKA customers in facing food safety audits

1. Bachelor Degree from Biology, Entomology, Kesehatan Masyarakat or Agriculture
2. Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience

Main Responsibilities

• To support and sales to the customer by telephone or electronically such as order process, payment reminder, follow up cancel order, return order, resi number information, daily/weekly launching blast, etc.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
