• Salary: Up to $2,170 basic salary + $100 monthly transport allowance + $5 daily meal allowance + up to $200 night shift allowance (Gross salary up to $3,000).

• respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services and policies
• process orders, returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures
• work with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations
• keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed customer service targets
• stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• perform other related duties as management requires
