The Charity CRM and Supporter Care Administrator manages the Donorflex system, which is the key CRM system for driving strategy decisions and managing supporter engagement.

The Charity CRM and Supporter Care Administratoris responsible for the day to day management of the system, providing training, support, and guidance to others within the charity, in addition to ensuring adherence to the system policies and procedures.

The Charity CRM and Supporter Care Administrator also provides essential reporting and data analysis skills to ensure the Senior Management Team are able to make informed strategic decisions.

The Charity CRM and Supporter Care Administratoralso provides expertise and guidance on further system developments.
1. Perform administrative tasks on the CRM system, from data entry, user support, query creation and dashboard development.
2. Manage the inputting of data by other users through ensuring appropriate training is provided especially with regard to new users.
3. Develop a CRM super user network.
4. Support data integration projects from other systems.
5. Create and maintain training guides together with standard operating procedures.
6. Create dashboards for different sections within the Charity Team within the system using advanced "find" functionality and data visualisation capabilities within the system.
7. Generate reports and carry out data analysis to ensure the Senior Management Team are able to make data informed strategic decisions.
8. Support the enablement and testing of system upgrades.
9. Work with users to collate system change requests and collate "as work" packages to review systems.
10. Ensure CRM system usage abides by business processes where changes are identified.
11. Ensure the appropriate "thank you" communications are sent to supporters using the appropriate medium and adhering to the agreed KPIs.
12. Monitor adherence to Service Levels/KPIs by other members of the Charity Team.
13. Assist with general clerical work including filing and scanning within the department on an hoc basis.
14. Attend fundraising events to provide assistance when required, occasionally out of normal working hours.

The Adult ICU at the Royal Derby Hospitals a new, customised PFI build with 20 beds rated Good in a recent CQC report. We admit over 1200 patients per year with a 60:40 split of medical to surgical admissions, 90 % of these being emergency admissions. We are a busy general ICU. The hospital provides a tertiary support service for hepatic and renal patients and in addition offers primary coronary angioplasty. We have a purpose built ICU with state of the art ultrasound, echo and imaging hardware and software. We are accredited for advanced training in Intensive Care medicine. We introduced point of care echocardiography into our ICU 7 years ago and have developed a comprehensive echo service for our unit. We have two echo machines on the unit with TOE and TTE capability. In addition we have Echo PACS available on the unit to review all existing scans. We have a TTE and TOE high fidelity simulator that we use for staff training and to help deliver our nationally advertised ICU echocardiography course. ICU consultants will have office space on the unit and there is shared secretarial support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. This role works as part of Organisational Development (OD) Team and provides administrative support to UHDB's recognition schemes for example Long Service Awards (LSA). You will be providing support to colleagues across the Trust, whilst supporting the Organisational Development team, Education and Learning team on other schemes of work.

A Vacancy at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.


We are looking for a Locum Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine, with additional interest in Anaesthesia. Applicants will join an established, enthusiastic team of 10 Consultants in Intensive Care Medicine to develop an expanded Consultant workforce, which will allow us to deliver a number of service improvements.

We are a 20-bed mixed-dependency unit admitting 1200-1400 patients per year from a variety of specialties, including a regional gynaecological cancer service, maxillofacial surgery, urology and vascular surgery.

The unit is supported by a 16-bed Surgical Step-Down unit, staffed by the Department of Anaesthesia, which admits higher-risk patients during the perioperative period as well as a respiratory support unit and a medical high-dependency unit. We are also well-supported by the Critical Care Outreach Service and a dedicated team of Specialty Doctors and Associate Specialists. Our existing Consultant team have interests in echocardiography, ultrasound, medico-legal issues, and high-fidelity simulation. We are fortunate enough to have a simulation suite within the ICU.

This is a 12 month fixed term post commencing in January 2025.

This is a full-time 10PA post but any candidate who wishes to work less than full time will be considered and supported, taking into account service needs. Additional sessions may be available on request.

The unit is well supported by middle grade & trainee cover both in and out of hours.

The Adult ICU at the Royal Derby Hospitals a new, customised PFI build with 20 beds rated Good in a recent CQC report. We admit over 1200 patients per year with a 60:40 split of medical to surgical admissions, 90 % of these being emergency admissions. We are a busy general ICU. The hospital provides a tertiary support service for hepatic and renal patients and in addition offers primary coronary angioplasty. We have a purpose built ICU with state of the art ultrasound, echo and imaging hardware and software. We are accredited for advanced training in Intensive Care medicine.

We introduced point of care echocardiography into our ICU 7 years ago and have developed a comprehensive echo service for our unit. We have two echo machines on the unit with TOE and TTE capability. In addition we have Echo PACS available on the unit to review all existing scans. We have a TTE and TOE high fidelity simulator that we use for staff training and to help deliver our nationally advertised ICU echocardiography course.

ICU consultants will have office space on the unit and there is shared secretarial support.

Rate of Pay: £12.74 - £16.07 per hour

Responsibilities:

Call handling services
Responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided)
Carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community.
Installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customers homes

Required skills & Experience:

Excellenet communication and computer skills
Call centre experience
Understanding of social care with the elderly
All candidates will be required to have an enhanced Adults DBS
All candidates must hold a full manual driving license and have access to a car for work purposes for which mileage will be paid
