*Part-time Position*

We are looking for a fun-loving, dinosaur-obsessed, big-hearted (do you know some dinosaurs can have up to 8 hearts?!) centre administrator to join our team and keep all the dinosaurs in check!

Your responsibilities:

• General reception duties

• Answering phone calls

• Handling and responding to enquiries in a timely fashion

• Scheduling of cases for the centre

• Handle general therapy/school related administrative duties

• Help with opening/closing of the centre/getting the centre ready each day

• Provide administrative support and update records

• Ad hoc administrative/operations duties as allocated

• At least N/O levels qualifications or equivalent

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Min 1 year of work experience in a similar administrative role/customer service

• Customer-service oriented, a plus if you enjoy interacting with children

• Compassionate

• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

• Care for the clients you serve

Job Description
Executes campaigns and supports tactical activities (E.g., In-person event, email marketing, digital marketing)
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist with project management duties (including logistics and milestone management) for related marketing events
Monitor and track progress of campaigns using various marketing metrics and provide post-event evaluation, reporting and analysis
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen lead generation activities
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold emails
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, branding awareness and competition ventures

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of similar Marketing experience within ICT Industry
B2B Event Management or Content Creation experience will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and marketing related software/ tools (HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.)
