We are looking for a talented Customer Insight Analyst who expects more from their career. It is an opportunity to work with a major transformation program as you collaborate with members of our newly formed Business Units. You will deliver insight, analytics and measurable value, acting as a trusted source of actionable insights. Your customer/shopper insight, analytical and presentation skills will be key to driving optimal decision making across the business units.

“Find your role”
-Be an advanced user of platforms and tools required to do the work ie: Customer Insight Platform
-Analyse data sets and turn them into actionable insights to support key business strategy, processes and bespoke events.
-Assist in developing and implementing data-driven strategies and performance metrics to track and evaluate business performance.
-Continuously monitor data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure data quality standards are met.
-Support the optimisation of business analytics and processes with customer data
-Collaborate closely with stakeholders and managers to understand business objectives and translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
-Prepare clear and concise reports, charts, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
-Support the monitoring and effectiveness of recommendations and insight acted upon.
-Identify and address data quality issues and work with business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
-Actively input and feedback any opportunities to improve team output / toolkit.
-Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in retail data analysis and Insights.
-Experience and understanding of the use of market data to support insights.
“Let's find out about you”
You'll have previous experience in Data Analysis, Customer Insight or similar role.
-Experience in retail data analysis specifically an advantage
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of commercial and customer metrics
-Expertise in using data visualization tools including Excel, Powerpoint, Customer Insight Platform tools.
-Experience in creating and delivering insight and recommendations to multiple stakeholders and varying levels of the organisation
-Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-Knowledge of the retail industry and trends.
