Bina Water Sdn Bhd is a company that is specialized in all aspects of water main works, water reticulation, sewerage piping works and recently expanding to construction of reinforced structures and construction of buildings. The company has over the years acquired the relevant technology for pipe laying as well as the relevant machinery and equipment. The company is able to carry out pipe laying work using open trenching method for various kind of pipes and sizes ranging from 50mm diameter to 2200mm diameter. Bina Water Sdn Bhd is incorporated on year 1997 by its founder Mr. Kok Kuan Ching with our current directors to cater various construction works due to the rapid development in the country. The directors of Company are Mr. Kok Kai Sing, Mr. Kok Khai Ming, and Mr. Kok Kai Weng.

BINA WATER SDN BHD which was previously known as Kok Kuan Ching (sole proprietor) has undertaken many water main projects from Jabatan Bekalan Air and many other local water supply departments since year 1967. Recently, we have also completed a building under (Sarawak Pavillion) Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak for the Malaysia Agriculture Horticulture and Agrotourism (MAHA) at Serdang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. OBJECTIVE Bina Water Sdn Bhd offers a great responsibility for projects. This responsibility extends from conception to completion with full provision for multi disciplinary services that encompasses all construction work, planning & implementing, project control, commissioning and handing over STRENGTHS. The strengths of Bina Water Sdn Bhd lie in the proven experience of its management and staff in being a main contractor or sub-contractor of choice to several major government or private company/bodies such as Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd, Jabatan Bekalan Air which is now privatized as PUAS and later renamed as Syarikat Bekalan Air Sdn Bhd and Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR).

The largest projects completed by Bina Water Sdn Bhd are as the following:

a) Supply And Laying Of Water Main Works at The Proposed Construction And Completion Of The Common Federal Government Administration Centre At Putrajaya. Utility Trench (C.U.T.) Package Precinct 3 And Part Of Precinct 4 Of The Federal Government Administration Centre At Putrajaya

b) Proposed Construction And Completion Of The Remaining Phase 1 Sg.Besi Trunk Sewer And The Ancillary Sewerage Works At Sg.Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

c)Proposed Supply, Lay and Commissioning of 1500mm DN Mild Steel pipe and Associated Works from Bangi Golf Resort to Kajang Town (Contract No.4)

d)Proposed Design and Build Sarawak Pavillion for the Malaysia Agriculture Horticulture and Agrotourism (MAHA) Serdang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The optimal mix of activities and expertise provides Bina Water Sdn Bhd with the stronghold to capitalize in the present buoyant construction sector.
