機會（角色概述）

KLASS IT 支援主管在確保 IT 系統平穩運作以及為組織內的使用者提供卓越的客戶服務方面發揮著至關重要的作用。他們充當技術 IT 解決方案和非技術使用者之間的橋樑，幫助解決問題並提高整體生產力。

技術支援：

• 根據既定的服務等級協定 (SLA) 向教職員工和學生提供 0-1 級技術支援。
• 排除並解決各種硬體和軟體問題，包括桌上型電腦、筆記型電腦、平板電腦、印表機、網路連線和教育軟體。
• 記錄支援互動和解決方案以供日後參考。
• 將 2-3 級支援問題回報給 IT 經理或指定的團隊成員以進一步解決。

使用者支援和培訓：

• 協助教職員工和學生使用基本技術，並提供新軟體和應用程式的培訓。
• 開發和維護常用技術工具的使用者指南和文件。
• 回答使用者有關技術問題和學校技術政策的詢問。

硬體和軟體管理：

• 協助學校設備的設定、配置和維護。
• 管理軟體許可證並確保學校內的軟體合規性。
• 參與IT設備及配件的庫存控制。

課堂技術支援：

• 設置課堂技術設備並排除故障，包括投影機、智慧板和音響系統。
• 與教師合作，將科技有效地融入他們的課程中。

• 隨時了解不斷發展的教育科技趨勢和應用。

資格及要求：

• 資訊科技 (IT) 或電腦科學學位/文憑。
• 在整個合約期間內保持最新的經批准的 IT 系統認證。 IT 批准的認證清單將根據學校 IT 基礎設施目前使用的技術每年進行審查和發布。
• 優秀的解決問題和分析能力
