What will your role be?

• To understand the application’s flow and acquire knowledge of the application and its associated modules, to serve as a consultant of the EMR Module(s) 
• Leading a team of developers in customizing/enhancing the module according to business requirements agreed upon with users

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Paid Ad Campaigns: Design and run social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to attract candidates for non-executive positions.
• Target the Right Audience: Use targeting options (location, demographics, etc.) to reach the right job seekers.
• Ad Copy & Creatives: Create engaging visuals and write effective ad copy to get more applicants.
• Monitor & Adjust Campaigns: Track ad performance and make updates to improve results (more clicks, lower costs).
• Manage Budgets: Use ad budgets wisely to get the most value from each campaign.
• Report Results: Analyze and share campaign performance to show progress and improvements.
• Work with Recruiters: Collaborate with the recruitment team to align ad strategies with hiring goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year managing paid social media ads, ideally for recruitment.
• Skills: Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign optimization.
• Creative: Ability to create effective ad copy and visuals that grab attention.
• Analytical: Strong data analysis skills to improve campaign performance.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with recruitment marketing.
• Knowledge of other digital marketing strategies (SEO, email, etc.).

• 創建並實施針對 IG/XHS 平台的全面影響者行銷策略。
• 分析市場趨勢和競爭對手的活動，以確定合作機會。

影響者識別：

• 研究並確定我們利基市場中在 IG/XHS 上具有強大影響力的關鍵影響者。
• 與影響者建立並維持關係，包括微觀和宏觀影響者。

活動管理：

• 規劃和執行有影響力的活動，確保與品牌目標一致。
• 與影響者協調內容創建、交付和安排。

績效追蹤：

• 監控和分析活動績效指標（參與度、覆蓋率、轉換率）。
• 準備定期報告和見解，以評估影響者合作關係的有效性。

內容協作：

• 與影響者密切合作，確保品牌訊息有效傳達。
• 支持內容創作工作，確保高品質和真實的品牌表現。

預算管理：

• 管理影響者行銷預算，確保具有成本效益的活動執行。

資格：

• 行銷、傳播或相關領域的學士學位。
• 在影響者行銷方面擁有豐富的經驗，最好是在中國市場。
• 對 IG/XHS 及其使用者人口統計有深入的了解。
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力。
• 精通中文（國語）和英文者優先。
• 具有創意思維，對社交媒體和新興趨勢充滿熱情，尤其是在美容和化妝行業。

Roles & Responsibilities

.

• To Incharges for purchase, liaise & negotiation for non-trade items/services.
• Work with demand planner on forecast, taking into consideration of any seasonality, marketing plans, past stock-outs and plan the supply of goods accordingly
• Monitor stock levels, determine optimal reorder & restock points, order quantities and make purchasing decisions
• Highlight to business for any risk on supply constraint and mitigation plan.
• Plan and insurance of purchase order to vendor and monthly submission of rolling forecast to vendors for raw material planning.
• Cost sensitive in term of logistic cost under the area of distribution, cross border and international freighting and ensure reasonable freight cost without compromising service level and lead time.

Requirement

.

• Candidate with minimum Diploma and above in business and supply chain or any related field.
• 2-3 years experience in non-trade purchase with production planning background.
• Fluent in English (must be able to speak, read and write) and Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is advantages.
• Computer Literate specially in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with good communication skill, commitment and able to work under tight deadline. Good Interpersonal skill.
• Willing to relocate to Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
