Responsibilities:

1. Draft correspondences, reports, presentations and attend to statutory meetings
2. Handling administrative and management of cash books and accounts of companies under liquidation and/or receivership
3. Attend client meetings & creditors meetings
4. Conducting company searches and lodgements of documents/forms with SSM
5. Ensure compliance of legal formalities are adhered to with regards to companies under liquidation and/or receivership - advertisements, gazettes, liaising with insolvency department, etc

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) /Accounting/Finance or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of experience in the field of insolvency/liquidation work
3. Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and regulatory compliance and corporate governance principles.
4. Familiar with SSM, LHDN, Insolvency compliance, accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
5. Ability to work independently and is a collaborative team player with attention to detail
6. Ethical and committed to client confidentiality.
7. Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
8. Able to work long hours and travel when required
9. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise on to create precise 2D or 3D Architectural Drawing, M&E Drawing, Building Plan etc. using AutoCAD.
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software based on specifications and rough sketches.
• Work closely with the Local Authority such as MBJB, MBIP, MBPG, MPKu etc. to ensure the drawings are accurate and meet the Building Department’s requirements.
