Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage on-site teams, including contractors, technicians and labourer's, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Identify and attend all defects and seek solutions for rectifications.
• Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirement:

What's this role about?

The Account Development Executive role in Chubb offers you the opportunity to

connect customers with products that meet their needs, by marketing Chubb's

insurance policies to the mass markets through outbound telemarketing.

In this role you will...

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs)
• which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with
• clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective
• customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing
• activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and
• in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database

What we're looking for

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level/SPM equivalent
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or
• the financial services sector preferred
• Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage

Training

• Chubb has a unique study and training program where candidates will be well supported.
• Trainer will be there to teach them on the insurance papers and how to pass the papers
• While attending Study Program, candidates will still be paid for their basic salary
• All training and exams will be sponsored (up to 6 times)

Commission Info / Sales Target

• Trainee Target: $3500
• Threshold (within 6 months of hire): $6000 (easy to achieve), anything above will be commissioned
• Average commission: $500 - $6000 (Typical closure will give you about $500 sales amount)
• No rollover
• Commission tiering starts from 8%, 10%, 12%, 22% (Highest tiering would require $20K sales)

Bonus

New hires under the Study Program will receive retention bonus in 2 payments, provided the following criteria is met:

1. Within 6 months of employment

• Achieve Category C Targets*
• Receive $1,000 retention bonus

2. Within 1 year of employment

• Achieve Category B Targets* for 4 months (need not be consecutive months)
• Receive another $1,500 retention bonus

*Category B and Category C Targets will be shared with the candidates after they are successfully onboarded with Chubb.
