- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Resource Management Section, ensuring that the financial service operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Serves as the Resource Manager, providing fiscal oversight, analysis, and advisory services for the operational budget and both appropriated (APF) and non-appropriated (NAF) fund activities.
- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- Represents the Resource Management Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership, representatives from other military services, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other related civilian organizations regarding services provided.
- Develops, implements, and monitors financial service operations and establishes internal accounting controls. Advises facility managers, flight chiefs, and senior leaders on regulatory or directive changes which may alter or affect the mission.
