• Manage Group’s governance matters and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, including Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia and etc.
• Manage matters related to management control of subsidiaries.
• Establish clear decision-making authority and protocols between the parent company and subsidiary.
• Oversight and monitor the development of subsidiaries’ overall policies, procedure, guidelines etc. to ensure compliance with applicable law, regulations and corporate policies.
• Management, verification and provide guidance to ensure compliance of the subsidiary's governance and operations.
• Manage services related to management contracts and brand royalty contracts concluded between the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Provide guidance on the management of necessary licenses, approvals, and notifications for subsidiaries, as well as on responding to matters pointed out by the relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance, advice, and coordination to subsidiaries in dealing with financial systems, laws, and regulations (foreign investment control laws, business-related supervision and regulations, personnel affairs, and withdrawal).

• Assist in the preparation of risk-based annual internal audit plan and monthly audit planning schedule for the Head Office & ISO Audit Section. 
• Plan and lead the audit teams in the conduct of operational, financial & ISO internal audit reviews according to the approved annual audit plan to assess effectiveness and efficiency of the operational & financial control and ISO Management System in the Company.
• Undertake audit planning and fieldwork independently, prepare audit report and develop practical and value added recommendations to address the root causes of issues and to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and conduct follow-up reviews to ensure agreed improvement plans are timely implemented and timely closure of audit findings.
• Undertake any assignments / ad-hoc projects assigned by the Operation Audit Department Head or the Head of Internal Audit Division.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in related field such as auditing, banking, accounting, finance, business studies or other relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in internal audit / compliance with exposures in leading audit teams in the conduct of operational and financial audit, and preferably with prior exposures in banking / financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, communication skills and good command of English and report writing skills.
• A good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives, and good interpersonal and people management skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct internal audit reviews according to the approved annual audit plan to assess effectiveness and efficiency of internal control, governance and risk management processes.
• Undertake audit planning and fieldwork independently and ensure well documented audit work papers to support audit conclusion and results.
• Prepare audit report and develop practical or value added recommendations to address the root cause of issues identified or to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and follow-up to ensure agreed improvement plans are timely implemented.
• Involvement in the Company’s J-SOX assessment process and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in related field such as auditing, banking, accounting, finance, commerce.
• A minimum of 4 years of internal auditing experience, preferably with prior exposures in banking / financial services industry.
• Exposure and experience in ISO Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO37001) and Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (J-SOX) will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English with good report writing and communication skills.
• A good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives, and good interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Assist in the development and implementation of digitally led marketing plans to achieve growth ambition for online customer acquisition of assigned portfolios/businesses.

Job Requirement

• Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Marketing 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Foundationally strong digital marketing analytical skills including confidence with traditional touchpoints.
