Duties include but not limited to:
- Documentation of accomplishments in education, staff development, and program development.
- Demonstrated leadership, prioritization, organizational, motivational, and self-directional skills.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Fluent in use of computer and associated programs to create presentations preferred. Ability to chair and coordinate meetings.
- Excellent management and delegating skills.
- Experience working with a collaborative team on a facility wide project, preferably related to reusable medical equipment, consistently using expert clinical judgment.
