Internal Role Title: Head of Neighbourhood Services (London & Sussex)
Hours: 35 hour per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £71,340 - £89,175 per annum plus £2272 car allowance per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Your key tasks will include:

• Driving operational change within region and the wider organisation ensuring our customers’ voices drive and deliver continuous improvements across all tenures.

You’ll have:

• A degree standard education or equivalent level experience, with excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
• A level 4 housing qualification or willingness to work towards within a 2-year period.
• A strong understanding in Landlord, Leasehold and Tenant legislation and best practice in the field.
• Sound understanding of Regulator of Social Housing requirements and regulation.
• Demonstrable contract, financial, and budget management within a complex organisation.
• Appropriate means of transport.
• An ability to undertake work outside of normal office hours to meet the needs of the business, including evening meetings.

It’s ideal, but not essential if you have:

• A detailed knowledge of local authority policy and processes in relation to the social housing sector.
• Thorough knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation and best practice in the field, supported by considerable practical experience.
• A thorough understanding of Regulator of Social Housing requirements and regulation.
• A management qualification.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude with the ability to use their initiative in response to changing environments within the medical staffing team.

A responsive person with knowledge of Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions, experience of planning, analysing and managing medical rotas, supporting budget reviews and re-consolidation, providing specialist advice on a range of issues, as well as managing junior doctor rotations, and organising locums.

Purpose of the role

To carry out delivery duties within MoviantoUK transport operations to a standard that satisfies our quality expectations. To

Key Responsibilities

Operate Company vehicles providing appropriate licences and authorisations are current.

Offloading and reloading of vehicles at customer’s premises and at depot where required.

Assist with warehouse personnel to ensure delivery runs are complete before loading.

A bit about the role

With a Fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including traditional fuel and electric vehicles, LCVs and HGVs, maintaining our vehicles is a true team effort. - You’ll perform a full range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
- You’ll use your own personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair light / heavy goods vehicles.
- You’ll also have access to specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops.
A bit about you

- Qualified mechanic: you’re fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent). You’ve got your own toolkit for standard repairs.
- Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience working on a wide range of vehicles, for example LCV
- Valid UK driving licence: You hold a full manual UK driving licence
- High working standards: you take pride in your work and do what is necessary to make sure the job is done effectively.
- Flexible to service demands: you’re able to work on a flexible shift rota. You’re always willing to support your team where necessary.

West Hill Primary Academy are looking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated SENCO Assistant toProvide administrative and organisational support to our SENCO, on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only. The salary is based on Kent Range 4 £23,338 full time equivalent, an actual pro-rata salary of £17,333.72.
