We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer relationships to enhance business success.

Key Responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Perform day-to-day finance operations such as preparing cheque payments, petty cash, staff claims, records, and account filing requirements.
2. Perform month end closing activities.
3. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
4. Process daily receipts and bank deposit on daily basis, ensure all the cheque received has been recorded and bank in to assigned bank account.
5. Prepare journal entries and ensure all supporting documents attached for review purpose.
6. Prepare monthly debtor statement and remind client via email.
7. Monitor debtor outstanding in timely basis.
8. Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
9. To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with 2 years in the related field.
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent preferred.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Autocount accounting software.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
