Title: Working Site Manager

Location: Nationwide
Salary: £20/22 per hour (CIS)

Shifts/Days: Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm (weekends can be included)

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on-site, including managing subcontractors and ensuring smooth project execution.
Daily site reports and ensuring all necessary health and safety protocols are followed.
Conducting site audits and addressing any potential risks or concerns.
Client-facing role requiring regular communication to middle management.
Getting hands-on with the tools as needed to ensure project progress, particularly during fast-track retail fit-outs (with values ranging from £150k to £350k).

Desired Experience & Background:
Strong joinery background, with recent experience working as a working foreman or site manager on branded projects (KFC, Pret, Starbucks, Burger King, Greggs, etc.) in the last two years.
Proven track record of managing fast-track retail and restaurant fit-outs, particularly in high-value, quick-turnaround projects (5-week timelines).
Experience working on motorways services or retail fit-outs.
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources effectively.

This post is ideally suited to a candidate who has a passion for working creatively with complex presentations.

There are opportunities to develop therapeutic skills in exciting therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) with two IFS Level 1 trained therapists and two IFS Level 2 trained therapist working within the locality. You will also have access to support from two EMDR Consultants, one of whom is also a BACP accredited CBT Therapist. Clinical supervision can be provided in each of these modalities.

The team is supported clinically and professionally by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who works across Adult Mental Health and Access and Urgent Care services within the Fylde Coast.

We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Waste Cleaning Operative to tackle litter, debris, and grime, ensuring our customers enjoy cleaner, healthier housing communities. In this hands-on role, you'll utilize your skills to clear empty homes (including confined spaces), tidy gardens, and handle any reported fly-tipping. You'll also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining communal areas, driving a van or tipper truck (up to 3.5 tonnes) to designated tips and recycling sites for waste disposal.

Our waste cleaning operatives enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise while out on their routes, collecting discarded debris and waste. Bring your can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well done. Safety is our top priority, so any COSHH knowledge you have will be valuable. We provide all necessary uniforms, safety boots, and power tools.
