• Responsible for the implementation of environmental control programs and policies which covers a wide range of subjects concerned with environmental protection, enhancement, and the protection of natural resources.
• Interprets constantly changing environmental program laws, regulations, and legislation to provide clear and unambiguous policies and procedures regarding compliance, enhancement, and restoration efforts for a complex Federal installation.
• Performs duties to ensure installation-wide compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
• Conducts environmental audits, research environmental laws and regulations, identify areas of potential impact and develop new or substantially modified methods, criteria and policies as solutions to unique problems.
• Represents the installation in meetings with community groups, federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

• Supervises children and youth ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years during daily schedule of indoor and outdoor activities and on field trips, outings, and special events.
• Plans, coordinates, and conducts activities for program participants based on observed needs of individual children and youth. Prepares and implements program options for children and youth with special requirements.
