• • Reporting to Senior Manager.
  • Responsible for overseeing all field operational activities for oil palm and fertigation related horticultural projects.

我們正在尋找一位積極主動、注重細節的高級會計主管加入我們海外油棕公司（巴布亞紐幾內亞）的財務團隊。理想的候選人應具有會計原則、財務報告和數據分析的深厚背景。

職位描述

• 負責指定實體的指定財務和管理會計職能。確保及時、準確地準備每月帳目、財務報表、報告、支援性時間表和所有監管報告。
• 監控每日現金流量狀況、資金轉移和短期安置，並利用公司現金流量的BA/RC，以最大化回報率並最小化財務成本。就所有財務事宜與銀行家/金融家聯絡。處理和驗證桌面資金轉賬，確保有足夠的資金滿足日常營運需求。
• 進行月末和年終結帳活動，確保準確性並遵守最後期限。
• 進行帳目核對，辨識並解決差異。
• 協助預算和預測流程，提供差異見解和分析。
• 與跨職能團隊合作，收集和分析財務數據以進行報告和決策。
• 維護和更新會計記錄，包括日記帳分錄和總帳過帳。
• 協助準備審計文件，並在審計和稅務事務（包括 SST、公司稅）期間為外部審計師提供支援。
• 根據需要為初級團隊成員提供指導和指導。
• 就財務及行政相關事宜與銀行家、審計師、稅務代理人、公司秘書、政府機關聯絡。
• 負責依照相關會計準則及時、準確地編製財務報表
• 監督應付帳款 (AP) 和應收帳款 (AR) 以及財務的其他營運活動，提供 AP 和 AR 報告/分析作為管理決策的輸入
• 管理和確保有效的會計程序，包括信用控制和應收帳款（AR）監控
• 確保及時、準確地處理所有供應商/客戶索賠。

資格/要求

• 會計/金融或相關領域的學位或文憑。
• 至少 5 年財務會計和分析相關經驗。
• 精通微軟Office。
• 一絲不苟、良好的時間管理能力，能優先處理高要求的工作量。
• 良好的會計系統知識和經驗。
• 海外工作經驗和種植業經驗是額外優勢
