Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Requirements

1. Education and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Education Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leading organisational excellence, change management, or related roles, preferably with experience in the education sector
• Professional certifications in relevant areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, data analysis would be advantageous

The Boutique Director will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, ensuring sales performance, profitability, brand recognition, team development, excellent customer service experience and customer relationship management. His/Her main role is to lead the boutique team to achieve the KPI targets set by the brand through coaching and mentoring approach which also includes overall training and development and individual performance reviews.
